Advantages

Built with genuine, heavy-duty materials and powered by a 200 hp drive system, the line pulls the entire production cycle smoothly. It maintains constant speed during foaming, eliminating stuttering or speed fluctuations, guaranteeing line velocity and cutting mold-cycle time.

The dual mixing heads can pour into two molds or stations simultaneously, or while one head is injecting, the other is being readied, slashing idle time and enabling near-continuous production. Each head can be programmed with independent parameters to suit different products.

Each mold is equipped with a dedicated PLC control system that automatically actuates the pneumatic clamps to open, close and lock. A touch-panel on every mold allows operators to view and adjust parameters on the fly, while the PLC logs cycle times and tracks mold service life for predictive maintenance. Production Process
